The Jaclyn Nicole Show, Episode 2: A Woman After God's Own Heart
Last Monday, I had the honor of having one of my favorite examples of a Jesus Chick on the air with me, Juliane Collins. Juliane has a women's ministry at Living Word Bible Church in Mesa, AZ called Jesus Chicks. She encourages young women on their identity in Christ by knowing their worth and value as well as the heart of their Heavenly Father God. I first met Juliane three years ago when her ministry was called Daughter's of Destiny and was blown away with her heart for God. Juliane is an excellent example of what it looks like for a modern day woman to have a relationship with Jesus and a better understanding of the Holy Spirit. It was during her ministry time, I met some of my very best friends while being surrounded by a community of women who supported, loved and prayed for one another. I invited Juliane on my radio show because I wanted to bless my audience with a sneak peek into Juliane's heart to better know the spirit of Jesus. During our conversation on the air, we talked about who the Holy Spirit is and the benefits of knowing Him and having a relationship with Him. Later we discussed the connection between peace and grace and how we can put into practice a pursuit of peace and worry-free thinking. We ended the night talking about the importance of who we are and who God is to us. I had so much fun hanging out with Juilane in the studio and hope you were encouraged by the message!
