A delicious and fun snack or breakfast that definitely packs a superfood punch!
Yogurt Base:
1/2 cup dairy-free unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
1/8 tsp spirulina
1/4 lemon, squeezed juice
1/2 packet stevia
Chia Seed Swirl:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup 100% juice (I used watermelon-strawberry)
Toppings:
1 handful raw walnuts
1 chopped peach (can sub for 1/2 banana slices or 1/2 cup berries)
5 green grapes, cut in halves
Mix all the ingredients for the yogurt base in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Place in serving bowl. Next, mix the chia seeds and juice in a separate bowl until a gel-like consistency. Gently mix the chia seeds into the yogurt and swirl it with the spoon. Now you can add your toppings! Super refreshing and delicious! Feel free to sub the toppings for your favorite nuts and fruit ;)
***ALL recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar. Great for Whole30, Paleo, Keto, and some Vegetarian diets. Any dish that has meat can be substituted for the vegan meatless alternative.
