Need a protein packed snack for before or after your workout? These are better than your average protein bars!
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1 tbsp avocado oil
2.5 tbsp honey
2 scoops vanilla bone broth protein powder
Pinch of pink sea salt to taste
1 cup raw trail mix
1 cup low-sugar superfood granola
Mix the peanut butter, avocado oil, and honey in a bowl till well blended. Next, stir in the protein powder and salt to taste. Add the trail mix and granola till well coated. Roll into balls and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Makes 9-12 protein balls and stays fresh for up to a week!
***ALL recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar. Great for Whole30, Paleo, Keto, and some Vegetarian diets. Any dish that has meat can be substituted for the vegan meatless alternative.
