Hi, my name is Miranda Dawson, and I am so honored to be writing on my good friend, Jaclyn Nicole‘s blog and website. I have a husband and I am a mom of two amazing little boys. I work part time as a hairdresser, as well as, an assistant to a director of a 501c3 organization.
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and moved to Arizona at the age of 12. I have always been in church. My family went almost every time the doors were open. So, I have always known Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit from a young age. However, as I grew into my young adult years, I started wanting to know Jesus deeper, and discover why I believe what I believe for myself. Up until then, I just went through the motions and did what my parents were doing. In my journey with the Lord, He has led me to several different subjects of study and research. I now have a passion for cultural issues that affect our society and our country as a whole. I aim to process and discuss these issues through a biblical worldview.
In my free time I love writing, reading, researching, and sharing what I’ve learned with my family, friends and whoever else will listen. Jaclyn started “Miranda‘s Corner“ for me to share my current studies and research in the areas of philosophy, theology, New Age doctrine, and the different deceptive tactics and tools used by the enemy to not only pervert mankind, but to also steer Christians in the wrong direction getting them “off track” as much as possible.
My writings are no way to be taken as condemnation towards anybody who is in Christ. My heart is to simply share foundational truths from the Word, by comparing and contrasting the Word, with today’s philosophies and theology’s to expose the lies, and the deception contained in them.
