What a joy it was to have interviewed my "Cool Girl" friend, Miranda Dawson! This chick is a business woman, wife, mother, model, and blogger. I was so honored to have Miranda as my guest last Monday night as we talked about trusting in God through life's storms, what it looks like to wait on God, knowing your worth, accomplishing your dreams, and how to balance marriage, motherhood, and your career goals. I met Miranda four years ago through a Women's Bible Study called Daughters of Destiny, at Living Word Bible Church in Mesa, AZ, which has since changed its name to Jesus Chicks. Getting to know Miranda, I loved how smart, business savvy, and down to earth, she is.
Miranda has a passion for marriages, relationships, and how these important values affect our culture, social issues, and in essence our society. Miranda is also a blog writer for a political commentary called, The Black Sphere. In her writings, she emphasizes her passion for America and the values this country was built upon.
This "Girl Next Door" runs her own hair and makeup business out of Mint Salon in Mesa, AZ as well as an independent health consultant for Isotonix. She has got your beauty covered from the inside out! Not only is Miranda an entrepreneur, but her love and heart for God carries her through in all she puts her hands to. Miranda does not shy away from her faith in God. In fact, she wears her heart for God on her sleeve as a symbol and token of her love and affection for Him.
