//Facebook Announces My "Friendversary" With My Lovely Friend, Cynthia Crick//

The Jaclyn Nicole Show, Episode 7: A Woman of Character

How awesome is this?...The day Facebook announces my "friendversary" with my lovely friend, Cynthia Crick, she just so happened to be my guest that very night on my radio show!! Do you believe in coincidences or maybe that was the divine intervention of our Heavenly Father, God Himself? I don't believe things happen by chance. Just like how I don't believe we are existing on this planet by accident. We were ALL made for His plan and created for His purpose. God is intentional. Psalm 33:9 says, "For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm." Later in the book of Psalms, King David writes, “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me” (Psalm 57:2). I mention these things because I believe it's the desire in us that longs to know why we were created and what our purpose on earth is. We all long for those answers both in Jesus's time on earth and today. One thing stands in the way of us from really experiencing all that God has for us. It's called religion. Religion creates an inward self-righteousness that caters to our flesh and exalts our own efforts and good deeds. If we all really could live life perfectly by following a set of "rules" - then why did Jesus come to Earth to die for our sins? When we put our checklist down of religion and pick up God's Word with an open heart to have a relationship with Jesus, then that's where God's power through His Holy Spirit really kicks in! That's when we stop relying on our own self-efforts and operate in the power of the one who died to save us!

My friend Cynthia is an amazing example of a woman who lives out her relationship with Jesus. Cynthia is so bold in her faith and has an unapologetic heart by her testimony and love for Christ! She is fearless, bold, courageous and one outstanding lady. If you didn't catch last Monday's radio show, we talked about religion vs relationship, life after divorce, and second chances. Cynthia shares her personal testimony on these subjects and offers us some real wisdom that was birthed out of her experiences. To listen to her full interview, click here!

During the show, we didn't get to cover Cynthia's side project, a business called Salsa Bendita (Blessed Salsa). If you don't know, I LOVE salsa and anything that has to do with salsa has my full attention!! Salsa Bendita was inspired by the Holy Spirit and her boyfriend, Tyrone Lofton. The vision behind the business is bigger than just salsa. The profits would benefit families, communities, businesses, and nations. Cynthia prays over each jar to bless each customer. It’s definitely salsa made with love! I have tried it myself and it is AMAZING!! You can check out for yourself by clicking the links below and see the testimonies of how delicious the salsa is! For more information, you can also reach out to Cynthia by phone or email at: (480) 349-2955 and salsabendita2016@gmail.com.
